As a Patient Success Associate at Luna, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients with payments, insurance questions, and account management in this fully remote position. You'll answer inbound calls, manage copay collections, create partner cases, and maintain billing ledgers to deliver accessible, high-quality care!

The Remote Insurance Verification Specialist is a key role in ensuring that patients benefits are properly verified for therapy visits. They will communicate benefits eligibility to Program Managers and patients and ensure appropriate follow up with Therapy providers and/or vendors. This position requires great customer service skills and teamwork.

Under general supervision, you will accurately and efficiently answer and schedule patient appointments, requiring high-level problem solving and analytical skills. The role involves reviewing EMRs, conducting insurance verification, handling a high volume of patient calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will document calls, resolve inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
